Murad is a Cannes finalist and three-time Webby honoree with a proven track record of creating award-winning content for world-renowned studios such as Disney, Netflix, Marvel, HBO, Warner Bros, and Microsoft.

After graduating from the School of Visual Arts with his senior thesis film, Ivory Shadows, qualifying for an Academy Award nomination, he started his own production company, 3twelve. He worked with General Mills and Investigation Discovery, and partnered with Microsoft to produce content at E3 for the launch of Xbox One.

In 2015, Murad joined Telltale Games as a creative lead and producer. He helped grow the creative team and worked on some of the world's biggest AAA titles, designing diverse and innovative marketing campaigns. He received an excellence award for his creative contributions to the studio in 2018.

Before joining Riot Games, Murad was a Creative Director for Roblox, a massive online UGC platform with 200 million monthly active users. He built a creative team of top designers, producers, and industry veterans who empowered imagination around the world. He spearheaded creative direction on all official partnerships with brands such as Nike, Gucci, Columbia Records, Vans, and the NFL, as well as the Twenty One Pilots and Lil Nas X Virtual Concert Experiences, Roblox's largest platform events in history. In 2021, he received numerous nominations and industry accolades, including 3 Webby Honors, and became a Cannes Finalist for his innovative marketing campaign, A Roblox Story.

Murad re-invented Roblox's longstanding Bloxy Awards show by bringing over 4 million concurrent players together with an animated virtual experience on Roblox. He led a team of Roblox's top developers, designers, and influencers to shepherd new technology that enabled real-time animation for the first time in Roblox history. Together, they built the first fully immersive 3D metaverse award show experience and smashed company records. It became Roblox's 2nd biggest event in history with over 57 million plays to date.

At Roblox, Murad drove significant growth improvements across all social media channels, including YouTube subscribers from 1.3M to 3.5M, Twitter followers from 876k to 4.8M, Instagram from 344k to 5.7M, and TikTok to 5M through strategic content, increased quality output, and asset optimization standards. He scaled Roblox's Annual Developer's Conference (RDC), amplifying domestic and international developer communities, and transitioned it to the company's first hybrid event with virtual attendees.

In 2021, Murad led all content production for Roblox's direct listing. Partnering with Goldman Sachs, he spearheaded all international and domestic productions, including a Time Square takeover, while implementing new workflows in the midst of a global pandemic. Roblox's direct listing would become one of the most coveted stocks to go public on the NYSE that year.

Fast Company named Riot Games and Roblox two of the most innovative brands in the world in 2022 and 2023.

In addition to his professional work, Murad continues to volunteer and support Circassian cultural community efforts in NJ, his home state, by sponsoring art and education programs for young adults.
